I and 4 of my 8 wives are VERY insulted by this comment. This is a total Mormon wife job. They know they can underpay in Utah because there is a strong religious and cultural drive for the wife to be a stay-at-home mother, but there is the same financial need as everywhere else, so two incomes are better than one.

It is bold of you to assume they can all read... I kid, of course. I can barely convince one person to stay married to me. I don't have the time or energy to manage more than that. Interestingly, the same desire to stay at home but still work is why the MLM scene is so prominent in Utah.
Yeah I've always thought that anyone crazy enough to think they can handle more than 1 other partner at the same time does in fact deserve cult status.
