This is a deal I actually lost at first due to being priced too high. About a year after I lost it, my main contact reached back out and said the cheaper option they went with was causing them issues and they wanted to take a second look at us.
Because they were facing pain with the competitor, we didn’t have to re-negotiate a ton. We had annual minimums in place that we altered, but their pure price stayed the same.
This was a perfect example of how buying the cheaper product will end up costing you more later on.
