I have closed a few deals with this organization in the past, but the procurement process trips me up every single time. What takes a couple of weeks at other orgs, takes months with this one. Truthfully every minor detail matters.

This was an upsell of an existing client, which one would think that tends to be a slam dunk, but when it comes to this organization, that's never the case 😅
