faizan closed a deal for $1.4M to the real estate department

im being spoiled

its been less than a month

no one from my company has ever closed such a huge deal

people take 3 MONTHS till thier 1st deal in real estate

its been around 15 days since i started working properly

closed a client in an off plan property worth 5 million dhirhams

i just convinced him to come to the event and the developer did most of the work in closing him

i saw live ... how sales works for the 1st time

i always thought it was smooth talk and persuasion

but its more about knowledge and fulfilling the needs of the customer

i did well to contribute but what i lack is knowledge

municipality fee rate , parking fee , location

i have learned a lot

i lost a % of my commission to give the client an offer

the developer also tried to reduce my commission further by 2 % but my boss stopped him

closed 5.2 with commission of 4%

half goes to my boss

my take home is around 108,000 dhirhams ( like 30k $)

its pretty impressive for a 19 yr old

i get it in 3 months

pray for me

and ... i plan on putting all of the money towards my fathers debt

he's been in debt for a decade almost

debt is like 130 k dhirhams

ill at least contribute 100k

i dont like to do fancy things

ill just get some suits and thats all for myself .
