Well it has come to this. I was fired at the crack of 9am. I knew they were trying to force me out and since I wouldn't leave they had no choice but to can me.
I guess the real kicker is that they are trying to say that the shitty $8k quarterly commission check I got this month was my severance. They are also trying to say that it was prepayment for my $1.4M deal I closed. If I don't sign my separation agreement they will try and claw back the payment. $8k was the commission I earned for sales outside of the $1.4M deal. 10% was my rate on that beast. The math ain't mathin'.
When I said these people were the worst, I wasn't lying. I've reached out to Dan Goodman to advise thanks to many awesome folks here who made the recommendation!
On to better things... But most importantly, a long weekend to decompress.
