Very curious what did Enterprise do?
Got on my bad side.
How? You may reasonably ask. Well, I booked a car for my arrival into DFW at 11 pm. Arrived at midnight ish and they are dead closed. Dark, kiosks offline, nobody at the counter, and no other agency handling late arrivals.
I think maybe itโs because itโs after midnight and Iโm late.
Nope.
The counter closes at 10. Which I would have no way of knowing, because their website allowed me to reserve a car for pickup at 11.
These days, thatโs just pathetic e-commerce.
