How much more degenerate does the WR need to get. I thought we were all savages here. This week has been a load of garbage and we should be doing better. In case you missed it... Let's do a rundown:

VPs of Sales having no idea how to stay connected on interested opportunities.
Fresh-on SDRs resorting to drugs without even making one dial.
Reps letting their bosses swoop in on their accounts to steal that sweet commish.
ICs waiting to become "validated"... wtf
Continuous lack of disregard for the Search Bar
No fucking wonder @Eddy doesn't want to give us DMs and Saved Posts. Freshies can't even use a Search Bar - that actually works.
People trying to pay recruiters to find them jobs in a market where you just need to Flag your LI profile "Searching" and you're lit faster than a mom in the Menards lighting section.

C'mon folks. We can do better next week. Always bring Kaluha to the Green Goddess on Friday. Yes, I had the dogs as Nat'l Champs.

when creating a new post there needs to be a check box that says "did you type this in the search bar first" and then after they click yes and try to post, have a pop up that asks if they're sure they put it in the search bar.

That, or we need more moderators to help keep posts in check and keep things tidy. repetitive posts are how you lose engagement and forums die.
