Posted earlier about this deal because I needed advice about discounting. We ended up discounting them to incentivize them to sign and they signed same day. This was an inbound opportunity from a county governmental department, closed in about three weeks. Luckily they didn't have to go through a tedious public procurement process. I had to go through three levels of demonstrations, and I was up against a free product provided by the city. But my champ was great to work with and helped internalize the value in our system.
