Has anyone got a cool template or approach to ask old clients if they want to buy some more?

Building pipeline atm.

Got older active clients that have been in touch for AM purposes

Looking to see if they buy some more, and seems like some of them might

Y'all got a human sounding template?

Human sounding templates are pretty easily generated if you just sit in front of your computer and just start typing.

Usually something like "Hey x, I know you have been in contact with our AMs, I wanted to reach out to ensure they have covered everything you need and see if there is anything else we can do to support your needs. When are you free for a quick call later this week?"

Lots of variables here, but the first rule of this fight club is don’t use templates. At this level, everything must be personalized. Look at purchase history. Is there anything complementary that you can offer with success anecdotes?
Mention they seem to be having success working with your company and you’d like to understand how else you can be of value to them. It’s always about them. Never offer promos or discounts or anything salesy, just that you’re genuinely interested in how they’re leveraging whatever they’ve already bought and how you can help them get even more value.

It depends on what you're selling and the profile of your customer.  What does "more" mean?   But in general, do they have end of year budget, and getting more is a way for them to get value for their $$?

I’m not sitting with our clients. But I know that our Client Managers is showcasing how much value we have brought them since they signed with us (selling digital ads, so it’s pretty easy to show) and how much more it will give our clients if they are could consider us to do more of there marketing.
The key is cost - benefit 🤝 come with some cases, always works pretty good. But indeed with @Sunbunny31 it really depends what you are selling.

Hey [name],
I was recently assigned to you account and I see you’ve been a customer of ours for some time now.
I took a look at your most recent couple of invoices and I see you’re not fully utilizing our solution. We’re running a few promotions until the end of the year which will end up saving you X%.
Do you have some time next week for a quick call?

(I have sent out 6 of these this past week and got 5 meetings. The one that didn’t answer still opened it and forwarded it off though)

Are you selling SaaS subscription where you're looking for an additional seats or looking to increase volume consumption for a physcial product you're selling?

Depending on this you will have to measure a couple of things around your customers business and come up with a write-up.
