From your job description to your Glassdoor number, to your website, all of your public facing material says this is the best environment for someone like me to thrive in. I wasn’t entirely sure I did want to work for you. But now that I’ve verified that the internal matches the external I can’t imagine pursuing another org as long as I live.

Money will alsywas be at the hearth of it, however, I wont work for you if there are some major red flags I see during the interview, especially now that I`m a family guy :D
This interview question pops up every now and then. I wish I could tell the interviewer it’s all about the $$. But that’s not what they are looking for.
They are looking for someone who’s done their research about the company, the industry, and other intangibles outside of money.

I mean, that is a legitimate answer. You want to work for a company where you can maximize your income potential. Then you just need to show how this company is better than others in that area via product/leadership/marketshare/marketing/etc.
"The company's mission aligns with mine, the product seems to fulfill a need in the marketplace, and career trajectory seems favorable here".
