How do you successfully apply to a job posted by Bravado?

I have not had any luck in successfully applying to any positions posted by Bravado, that indicate I would be a good fit. Any tips?

Same it just prompts you to make an account then doesn't actually go anywhere. On linkedin it says theres been a few applicants so maybe it only forwards you to it if you fit the criteria?
