Does Bravado Jobs actually give you job offers?

I'm trying to move up into an AE role, and found this site last year to hopefully field in some job offers, but have received nothing.


Is there something I'm doing wrong or is my profile just that undesirable?


I'm currently a BDR for the past 2 years in Tech with over 12 years of sales experience in general. Just need some guidance or feedback. Thanks.

I have, as I had to update the current job position, salary I'm at, ect. Just unsure if it's normal to not receive anything for over a year accept connection requests.
