Has anyone actually got a lucrative job offer from Bravado?

I saw this linked on indeed.com and signed up right away (this was yesterday). I have been and excelled in multiple sales roles for 7 years now and I don't have anything in my jobs feed. Is this just a social media platform? Was I sold but underdelivered?

So it's been less than 24 hours since you signed up and you're concerned your inbox isn't filling up with offers yet? Settle down, lol. 

I see you're in insurance. The majority of roles on here are geared towards SaaS. If you don't have direct SaaS experience you're less likely to get interview offers than someone who does. 

I encourage you to continue exploring other opportunities on your own and use Bravado Jobs as just another potential lead for jobs (like any other site.)

I mean I get it, it's a social media platform for sales people, which I appreciate but the post would lead one to believe that it's a job board, not a social media platform.   Thanks for the sarcastic instructions and rude replies though, though not helpful at all they definitely opened my eyes to the sort of culture that goes on here.

It's not all bad.  There's a good deal of snark, but bear with it.   There's a reason sales folks are called savages, but you will find that there is also a good deal of well thought out and helpful content.


The rest is the result of reps killing time between calls and tasks - lots of spitballing and, as mentioned, a good deal of snark.

Hey thanks for not being a jerk and being straight up. I'm okay with helpful content and I'm okay with snark. I did lurk a bit and there seems to be some good stuff here. Will probably look at some of the goings on here in the future.

That being said, not really into being led away from a legitimate job board during a job search after seeing mutliple ads that say "We’re sick of seeing salespeople get screwed all the time. Recruiters promise high OTEs, a bounty of inbound leads, mammoth territories, and a world-class product. Then we show up and realize it was all a dream." For it to pretty much be a nothingburger in terms of opportunities.  

Why flood indeed if there is nothing here?  Seems quite like the bait and switchy tactics scumbag employers they mention in their ads.  A bit hypocritical, no?  Even worse, when asked, the user base are toxic for having a legitimate question?   Not a good first impression.

Im somewhat confused as to why the would make an indeed post. I agree with you that it was misleading. I’ve received about two offers on here after filing out my profile. It’s definitely possible but not that many roles that came my way.
Look at it on the bright side… you found a great app.
P.S Most on here aren’t snarky, just a select few that seem to think it’s beneficial to add some sass into their answer instead of just providing an informative and delightful response.

Not sure why they decided to downvote, maybe it's because you were being kind?  Thank you and yeah I saw other posts where people weren't nearly as toxic.  I think this app could definitely be beneficial for good sales practices for sure.   In terms of finding a job I think I'll just stick indeed unless this place follows through with the advertising they flood on indeed.

@irateprimate88 one thing to note here is that Bravado Jobs is so new I believe a lot of the process is still very manual. And with a small team this takes some time to vet everyone and contact them thereafter. But you know you're in a good spot when the head of ops replies to your post. Just saying. A little patience goes a long way and could be fruitful.

I have a 97% profile strength with pretty wide parameters and I've gotten zilch so far - nearly 30 days in. There's no like job board with open position posting or anything like that? I think I'm just confused with how the process works.
