This is such a broad question - complexity and ACV definitely inform what number of demos makes sense.

I dont think there is an amount thats "too many" if they are all qualified. Unless you have literally no time to prep

It can depend. Sometimes I'm running multiple complex demos for the same prospect in the same week. Sometimes I have nothing. Sometimes I'm starting three customers in the same week and have meetings. Hard to tell.

I hunt whales so itโ€™s a good week if I get 1 demo in. If the demo is 1 hr, Iโ€™ll put in 4-8 hrs of work into preparing for it.
