How often do your bonuses get paid out?

I used to get paid out bonuses quarterly. But they just switched to annual. So the variable comp won't be received until EOY.

All our sales teams are paid quarterly now. I am Ent sales (10 months avg deal cycle) we also have SMB (3 month avg).
Originally it was half-yearly but we complained due to tax etc.
