A haircut and 5 years experience would help. Otherwise, give us a bit more to work with. What kind of sales have you done? What kind would you like to do? You call yourself a pro. Where did you earn the pedigree?
Why you mad at his hair? All you got to do is make that sweet commish, book an appointment with a top doctor, get that hair surgery, and you'll be lock flowing brothers.

I’ve been selling parking management SAAS for nearly a year now as an AE. The company was just a few months old when I was brought on, so there wasn’t much of a sales structure initially. It became a high volume outbound sales position, and I rose to be the second highest grossing rep out of a small team of 6. Though, more importantly, I learned to love sales, and committed myself to learning as much as possible. Unfortunately, growth has been slow, and no one is making much money.
This brings me to my current job search. I’m open to almost anything, but inbound leads are a plus. The most important thing to me is that I have an opportunity to continue to improve, and improving means making more money.
I suppose calling myself a “pro” is a bit misleading, so thanks for calling me out on that. I used it short handedly instead of saying sales professional.
To sum everything up. I’m hungry. I have a little experience, but am very much still in a learning stage, and I’m eager to find a new challenge.

I get the draw to live there. But unless you’re entrepreneurial and can make it happen on your own, it’s going to be tough to find a great sales gig in HI.
For sure. Currently in the interview process for an entry level medical sales position… but if that doesn’t pan out, it may be time to start considering other options.
Series A or Series B company. Ask directly about lead flow and percent of time expected finding your own business. You could potentially get 70k to 90k+ base. Just "wow" them in the interview. Be solid, self-assured, know your shit.

when you say the right "offer" that trips me up.....we dont find offers really, we find companies and then compare the offers we get.
when it comes to finding the right company/ position you need to make a list of all the thigns you want in a career/job, and stack rank them. Be super honest.
Then start looking for companies that align with that list.

What you think is the right offer for you - differ from people to people and it’s not always just related to pay check but may be culture, flex, leave policy, remote/office work etc?
I would do a bit of research to know which industry I want to sell to and which product. That will help me understand some of the potential companies in that space that I can target with my resume. More your fragment the big picture, more easier will be for you. All the best, friend.
