Hi Guys,
I am Country Manager for a saas company in Europe. I am very successful, always hit over 200% of my target quarterly since joined, the whole ecosystem loves me and etc.
Now I have the opportunity to fund my startup and I would like to leave in Q1 and going full-time in my project.
After all the sacrifice, travelling and effort I don't want just to leave but also make some severance money and get the unemployment grand from government (In my country you just get if the company fire you)
What's the best strategy to get a an agreement to leave the company?
I was thinking to say that I am highly demotivated and I don't feel i am the right person to carry Italy anymore.
