How to handle an interview with an analytical manager?

Still employed, performing well, but company culture is rotting, people fear being laid off weekly, quota goals are unrealistic and more.

I have an important job interview lined-up with a big shot founder, whose highly analytical, ex finance and shit. I've sold to champions like these, but I was also making questions, and I've been tipped by a team member that this guy will throw a lot on my way. Please share a bit of advice of what to say regarding AE KPIs, activity levels, stats and more.

Hmm, Maybe ask him what he is trying to achieve by asking for the analytics about mid way through. Is he trying to see that you are a hard worker? is he seeing if you are a consistent seller and have a process that proves true? understanding why behind his questions might be something he doesn't get asked a lot and validating and easing his concerns will probably go a long way

What are your KPIs today? Can you articulate every single piece of your funnel AND identify areas for improvement and the tactics that can drive success?
