As the subject of this suggests I find that this place is seeing several good contributors leave and I’d like it to not continue because this place can be magical and have serious value for sales savages
so I’m left wondering how to make this place better to up engagement and prevent more notable contributors from leaving.
some thoughts I have and would love to see some feedback or other suggestions
- group of 5 people nominated and voted on by the WR to moderate the War room and encourage positive behavior. A board for the war room if you will
- holding events quarterly with c-suite and vp level to discuss items such as market conditions, software they bought and why they bought it etc…
- PROSPECTING,SELLING,SOLD - idea here is that there is a place where we can discuss companies that we have sold into and get some inside info about others who have sold into them and the process they went through. The same way they ask for references about us.
of course these are just ideas and I’d welcome a discussion and feedback
