HVACexpert closed a deal for $13k to the contractor department

QUICK turnaround on some plenum rated electric heaters for a condominium complex. Contractor didn't even haggle me on price. Called for a price on replacing a specific model, gave him the information, lead time, and proposal. Turned around and sent a PO. Nice to get an easy one from time to time.
