my customer called me with a major issue. They were working on a manufacturing build out. A competitor basically *&^%$ them and sold them something they could no longer supply. they came to me and I helped supply the energy recovery portion of the required bill-of-material they needed. We had good performance and a great lead time. Had to get aggressive on pricing to help them out (since the original supply pricing was no longer valid, but that was the price they went in with) but was still money I wouldn't have gotten otherwise. Nice win I wasn't counting on.
