I'm quitting today!

You know those car crashes on highways that you just have to slow down and stare at?

That's my job situation the last 6 months.

Since then, I took a sales director job and this current company has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Managing director is a psychopath who treats everyone like dog shit. Zero direction, no communication, and I'm totally cut off at the knees implementing sales strategy.

Walking away from a near 6 figure base salary, but I could care less. I'm not working for someone who treats people like lesser humans. Not how I was raised and a moral I won't stray from.

Today is the happiest I've been in months. I'm going to take 2 weeks to job hunt and work on some projects I've been tossing around.

I have experienced quite a few times that the management, Directors ect. does not understand how difficult it is sometimes to get customers in the business.

"Well, why can't you just make xxx revenue per month. We have the best product, and it so damn simple!"

Then go do it by yourself, Jimmy if it sounds so damn simple. Managers / Directors should start andappreciate the salespeople who go full force and hustle every single day, every single minute, every single second.
