Assuming this is at a company you're currently working? If so, ask around, get a sense of the Global VP, likes, dislikes, etc. Also, do a check on his/her CV so you have some knowledge of employment/education and other history. I wouldn't come across as inauthentic, but doing a little background work might help you prepare internally for your meeting.
Good luck to you!

I've never been a VP. Not even close to being one. Having said that, I've dealt with multiple VPs. One thing I can tell you is nobody likes a VP who doesn't have their money where their mouth is. Most VPs who have advice on uplifting the ticket size, haven't sold anything by themselves in a long while or ever. Many VPs who have advice on cold calling haven't made a single one ever. I can tell you what kind of a VP you wouldn't want to be- which might want to mention in the interview as well - "to not confuse strategy with goals. execution is everything, strategy is just a line on a piece of paper."

Tell them that you ask the reps if they updated their forecast and SFDC daily and then show off the mug that proves it to be true
