Is your company doing President’s Club this year?

With the Delta variant and Covid chaos I was wondering what current PC situation was with you guys? Seems to be a mixed bag from those I've talked to.

We don't have a P club since we have a 2 man sales team (including yours truly) but I think it's fucking lame if your company isn't doing that or at the very least a fat bonus for top performers.

They did a cash reward this year and are planning the trip for Q1 next year. They did say we're going to be staying in the country though since nobody's sure when borders are going to be reopening again.

Not something the company does. I'll always take more money instead of trips though.

Yeah we did a cash reward of I think $5K people could go use anywhere they wanted for their own version of president's club.

No club because we're a small team. SKO is usually the big party, and we're getting some extra incentives/accelerators/bonus this year if we hit target.

It’s a big luxurious trip that all the top reps get to go on (usually based on quota like if they hit 120% they qualified) and it’s in some tropical place. Bahamas, Hawaii, Bali, etc.
