I have never dealt with a more insufferable piece of shit in my entire sales career. He just...i just...there was a moment during this sales cycle that I strongly considered just sending him the YouTube clip from Half Baked where the dude quits his job and says "Fuck You" to everyone in the place and just canning the whole deal, that's how awful this guy was.


But I just did my best to sack up, grinned and bared it, and just stuck with it until the 5 months sales cycle ended and I never want to speak to this disgusting, terrible human being ever again.


Worth it though I guess? Money is money? Or whatever?

Imagine taking someone that is a terrible communicator, thinks they're amazing (most often are not amazing) and basically think that everything they've done up until now is absolutely perfect. Then a person comes along and says "Jason, your shit's a mess, you have to fix it."

Then you have to talk to Jason constantly for 4 months until he finally realizes that if he doesn't fix it he'll either get fired or the company will fail...
