Job Search? BLEEK Otta experience?

What sites/avenues have you found most effective for job hunting? right now I am pretty much relying on recruiters reaching out to me on linked in because it's been hard to do it on my own while working full time. 

I am going to try Otta, and was wondering if any of you had job offers or even valuable interviews from the site. Any other sites you suggest? of course indeed but any others?
