I've been apart of Bravado for a while now, but whenever I try to apply to jobs on the LinkedIn posts I am just completely redirected. Is this normal?

I believe that applying to jobs via bravado is still a work in progress.

Just fill out the jobs tab here and wait patiently for word back from a possible match through bravado. other than that, keep applying to other jobs through linkedin
