I can’t remember exactly when I signed up to Flex, but it took me about 1 - 1.5m. I got matched with one opp and took it

In all honesty - a bit disappointed with the onboarding . No questions were ever asked of start dates, capacity to work, never a connection/ interview with the company

Having said all of that - it’s a pretty good gig so far

Similar experience to NoToBant. I will say the recruiting process was quite straightforward and no bs, which I liked. However, the onboarding and expectations/incentives were/are not aligned IMO.
It's a decent gig given it's in the vertical I have experience in and it expands beyond that a little, but it's still sales and akin to the 90's TV Classic "Welcome to Whose Line is it Anyway, the show where everything's made up and the points don't matter"

9 years of sales experience, three in B2B software. Haven't gotten a single side gig offer from Bravado. Trying to be fair to them because it's a relatively new thing they're trying to roll out so there's bound to be bugs, but at the same time, I'd really love to have a side hustle right now as I try to rebuild what's left of my pathetic career.
