Had been working on this deal for a couple of years and was delighted when it finally closed today!


Took a lot of hard work, and a couple of false starts to realise that I needed to train my champion & show him how to work the system to get this requirement off the wishlist and on to the department's shopping list.


Learned a bunch on this one - never give up!
