This deal took me 6 months of prospecting into the account and having multi-threaded conversations. In my early conversations I found out that the institution was using a free tool that didn't integrate with their LMS and had security issues. I leveraged these pain points to have conversations with decision makers which eventually led to a deal with the whole institution.
