Closed my first publicly traded company with this one. It's a small managed services SOW to start off with but should lead to more work over the course of the next 12 months.
What I most proud here was that I lost a larger opportunity with RRD in January 2020 and through the classic persistence technique and mining my closed lost list I was able to revitalize our relationship. I received my verbal on this in May 2021 and survived 3.5 months of redlines on the services agreement with procurement to get to closure.
