A company called Predictive Index goes by PI, not sure how that would work...

Definitely prefer, and voted for, Performance Index.

I suppose, though I don't think many people are going to talk about pass interference in an interview, whereas a discussion of one's 'PI' (their profile type) is absolutely talked about.

This Performance Index would also be a talking point in the hiring process, so I see a bit more of a conflict.

This is so cool! I use an excel sheet for this kind of data now, so I agree with @FeedTheKids that file upload options might be helpful.
