Reminds me of the first startup I worked at which had an "AI matching algorithm" which was marketing fluff for the shit didn't work and said "matching algorithm" was my lowly paid ass manually sifting through resumes to match people with jobs..lmao

I've been on here for a few months and haven't gotten any job matches either. Which is ok, I figure any "matches" would be the equivalent of calling that 3 year old conference attendee list that marketing passes off as "hot leads."

I think that Bravado jobs got hit pretty hard by the market the past 6 months and the focus was shifted to flex. I'm pretty sure @sahilis always happy to help FWIW.

Don't rely on Bravado jobs/flex. Few and far between because of the market. Not that they're doing anything wrong, it's just a different season than the one we've been in for last 5 years.

I have the same challenge but I think it is because of how new this platform is. Most salespeople on here appear to be from the SaaS world. I'm from the financial services world. No connections yet. Patience.
Yeah I've been using it for almost a year, applied for ~50 flex opportunities, been asked to interview for 2 then never heard back and then profile was rejected. I'm also an AE with 6 years of experience who's applying for part time SDR side hustles and not qualifying for those either...is it just the job market right now or is there something wrong with my profile or the software itself?
