Offer is signed

Thank you for all your advice, the offer is signed. I start Monday and the wolf is finally employed again after 3 long weeks of unemployment.

I also just heard back from my target company and I have my first round on Thursday which is at REIT and its an investor relations role which has been what I've been wanting to go in.

So we'll see how that goes and how long I'll be at this new company.

Thank you again for all the advice, without It I probably wouldn't of signed and been unemployed for another month.

Ive commented this on some other posts, but tailor your resume to each job posting to match the description of the job to trigger ATS scanners. Network with people in person, something might come out of it, if it doesn't you get more comfortable talking to people. Look at how many people applied, dont only apply to jobs that everyones wants with 2k applicants chances of you getting a job at the big companies like Gong, tropic, Clari etc. everyone wants to work at these big companies pre-IPO which are harder to get if you dont have a ton of experience. Focus on the ones that have 10-100 applicants, figure out how important is remote only work is and how important location is to you, are you okay moving to Chicago for a role, for me I am comfortable moving to almost anywhere. And get good at interviewing, write down the most common interview questions sit in front of a mirror or a camera and rehearse especially the night before an interview.

Not temporary. I will be gaining a UK spousal visa within the next year, then I have UK work rights. It's unfortunate my most recent role didn't workout (I hated it anyway). So I'm seeking fully remote global/US based roles that don't require office visits or territory management. Perhaps some travel a couple times a quarter - bc I spend a lot of time overseas. I've been so close to securing a role 4 times in the last 5 months.

Ahhh apply to remote only roles, for the tittle you want but also ones don’t turn down others like I saw EAE don’t be opposed to mid market as well bc those might be easier to land in, you can always grow within a role and depending on the company it can happen quick

That’s if I get that one, I think this one uses investors moneys for down payment and the company loans out the rest of the money to buy the building so banks aren’t involved. Not sure tho
