What approach have you used when you have reached out to other companies to get hired?


Assuming you are reaching directly to Sales Vps and CEOs through LinkedIn or email .Which approach would you take and why? Or would you take another approach? And why.

Most of the times I find a vacancy and hit up relevant people in the business “to see if there is a fit”. After that I apply and tell them I did. Also reference to who you spoke to in your application

Good approach, no overthinking required.
I also wouldn't do a growth plan etc. and invest that time before they've even engaged with me. MAYBE if it was a top target, but as a general rule definitely not.

Look around to see if the VP, director has liked any particular content or complained about something, directly use that in outreach to them and how I might be able to help. Usually at least gets a response
