just found this website https://www.paraform.com, if you dont want to click on it just look it up its called Paraform. Basically it's a recruiting platform that you just sign up and you get access to companies who are hiring for positions and if you refer pple you know for those jobs, you get paid.
With a lot of us in here who know pple who've gotten laid off or are looking for a change it might be worth signing up for cause with a quick search you can recommend them jobs and make money for doing it. Or if you're a recruiter this might just be good for you to look into too, since you already do it. Ik some of the positions you can make like $15 just for submitting a resume, $150 for each interview they go through and up to like 10k if they're placed. At least thats what they advertise.
I might start this up soon once I secure a position for myself here in the next 2 weeks.
Let me know your thoughts on this idea and if you decide to sign up or not. Not a typical sales post, but ik a lot of us in here are looking for side hustles and this could be a good one.
