Reading Glassdoor reviews from toxic companies rules.
My other favorite pastime is reading Glassdoor reviews from toxic companies who clearly faked their reviews. All the reviews use similar language. So great.

one of the top red flags for me is when they say things like "family environment" or we're all part of a family, etc. etc. on their website or worse - the job description.

When the market gets hard or finances tight, that's when you see the true leadership of the business. RTO policies, echo-chamber senior leadership, and poor communication - it's not surprising they met their fate.
