Met the decision maker during a cold drop in about three weeks ago. Got him to agree to a meeting for exploratory purposes, with him expressing the mentality of "I'm not going to be making changes any time soon, but I'd like to know what's out there." Came into the meeting with some great social proof from surrounding accounts that already use our solution, walked him and his tech director through our tools, and closed that meeting with a huge mentality shift to "I'm going to actively explore this and get feedback from some of those surrounding accounts."
Got on a reconnect call earlier this week, and the first thing he says is "I think this makes a lot of sense for us, and we're ready to move forward."
