Told you I'd be back with another dub very soon! We actually lost out on an opportunity with this account last year due to price against one of our competitors. I checked in with the decision maker a couple of months back and found out that he's deeply dissatisfied with their solution & customer service. Made him understand that he gets what he pays for. We had a contingent contract in place that was pending board approval. Board meeting was on Monday, he received no push back, and the contract was fulfilled on Tuesday. Chalk it up!
