Stumbled across Bravado in November. Wish I would have found it a year ago. Been in the SAE role for just over a year. One heck of a learning experience to say the least. My background ties right into the clients we serve, so speaking their language and having commonality is easy.
Now I am looking to make a change. Recently seeing behaviors of managements (wish I could say leadership but the one leader I worked for just got canned for being ethical). Super excited for some of the opportunities that are opening up (three-second step interviews this week, another one pending for me to decide if I want to pursue and another recruiter going back to the hiring manager to advocate for my client commonality angle being more valuable than my lack of sales time).
