My biggest deal till now. Company's biggest deal in international market. 4th largest deal in any market in company's history in terms of ARR.
I established good relations with some resellers in Taiwan throughout the course of last year, and this deal is partially an outcome of that relationship. I visited them onsite this year to further the relations and to build an entire GTM motion for this year. We have multiple resellers, and this is the smallest one (mostly on the road, expert in his field, 2 people army).
The reseller has committed to purchase multiple hundreds in bundles of the lighter version of our product we introduced this year. This model will work on a prepayment basis - where the reseller pays us first in order to get a bulk discount, and sells the bundles throughout the year.
I'd still not count this as a deal till money hits the bank tbh. You never know with these resellers. We've given them a deadline till April 30 to make the payment - will be sending an invoice today - waiting desperately for the payment now (I get paid when my company gets paid).
If i do everything right, I might just see another one of these before end of April. If that happens, imna go crazy
