Small school in Estonia. Started with an inbound lead. Was using Free version of our product. Wanted to explore the paid version. Got them on a Free Trial for 3 weeks. She invited 37 more teachers on the trial. Director (principal) nickel-n-dimed, saying the old teachers in the school won't use the product as they're not "tech-savy". $1500 was seeming too expensive for them for premium.
Signed them up on a 7-month paid pilot for 1/3 the price. Up to CS now if they're able to 3X it post 7 months or not. From the looks of it, CS is using template reachouts, so I don't see this happening.
Overall, this took 2 zoom calls, multiple follow-ups, a Free Trial and some loom follow-ups to get this signed. Considering our average ticket is $2500 in US and ROW is still uncharted waters, I can't say this was the best use of my time. Nonetheless a win is a win.
