I sell to agency people and this kind of approach works very well. Every single agency out there is a complete dumpster fire with no idea what's going on, coming at them on the same level works wonders.

I'm in med device. Everyone "has a vendor" until said vendor fucks up.

"Hey customer,

Surely you don't need to buy any capital equipment or have systems that need service at the moment but I'd love to be a 2nd option for you.

We also buy back devices, any collecting dust at the moment?"

Customers LOVE getting money given to them :)
