Incredible turn of events here - I love this example, and learned the following:
-> Being open, up front, and vulnerable seems to help a lot in sales
-> I need to look up who Chris Voss is (New to the sales world!)
-> The amount of non-sales vibes in this message is incredible.
-> The amount of reservation to flood the person with the actual question to discuss business, is amazing to me, and will keep this in mind going forward.
