I’m not a huge fan of this approach since it’s way too low effort, but on old inbound leads it can be tried and tested for sure.

I have always enjoyed the KISS model. The other one that has always stuck with me if you are fielding questions from the prospect is this: "If they ask for the time, don't build them a clock. Just tell them the time. "

While we all want to get caught up in the benefit of whatever our service/product may be and they ask us the price. Sometimes we just need to tell the price and shut up and let them internally decide.
