I'm in tech sales and do most of my calls over the phone or zoom but this Tips for Retail Sales is still a resource that I refer to and share with younger reps. Who knew having good "Facial Expression—Particularly the Curve of Their Mouth" would help so much??

Remember when we spoke face-to-face? And smiling makes you seem more approachable and agreeable? It's the same in virtual selling, retail selling, or trying to convince a family member to take out the trash. Just make sure it's (looks) authentic!
