SaaSguy closed a deal for $6k to the IT department

One of my first times working directly with a VC and selling into them. I knew from the get go even though the deal was small there was going to be some legal hoops to jump through and some novel requests.

Im glad to share that just being firm on their requests and accommodating a few easy asks around payment terms and not using their name in marketing materials got the legal review wrapped in under a week.
