Quickest win and transaction...even exceeded the original expectation of having have the numbers of users.
This deal is epitome of breaking the usual playbook and process. 1st time I try it but it got things going super quick I felt from the demo call that these guys are hot and ready so I'm like look this is a demo call. Why don't we have a demo using your account?
They didn't but they were that eager to try it so I walked them into the account creation and had compliance take a quick look and boom approved. That's when I'm authorized to introduce them to the CSM...so why wait for that? I'm like hey since we're there why don't I introduce you to your CSM guy he will be able to answer many of the technical stuff that you'd like to learn so we'd make this meeting as productive as possible.
Texted my boy, fellow countryman, he was having lunch, I told him F lunch come now and let's close this. He came, introduction happened they were like we want to onboard these guys can we do them now?
well usually to book a meeting bla bla BUT we're ALL here so what's stopping us! boom the CSM was like I got you guys they onboard the 9 people this day. Then, they were like hey we want to add another 10 next day for the other cycle... gonna be using their super market app for helping me get my commission.
