SDM closed a deal for $98k to the Software development department

This client came to us via inbound with a request to hire 2 meen stack developers and was not ready to hop on a intro call.

The reason they were not open for intro call because they were sick of using staffing partners who only promise and don't deliver.

It was different and challenging for us as we needed to understand their reqs and hiring process but they asked to send some candidates first and if they like those, they will think.

I decided to give it a shot... Send them 2 resumes and they liked both.

Interview scheduled and we got an offer. The client was still concerned about the delivery.

We delivered both candidates today...on a 12 months contract

Such a relief that we closed this deal... Sometimes you have be flexible
