I would look at repvue, reviews on salaries here, also I would look at @Gastyposts to see who is hiring.

Outside of that back-channel and talk to prior co-workers who have made the switch and see if they will refer you.

So - this is very very individual and "the best" is highly subjective.

There are a lot of threads about this exact topic. More info about what you've done (other than top-performing) and what you want to do will get you more advice than a post with very little information.

There's also a lot of threads about companies that are hiring, so search for those and look at what's there. You're going to have to put effort in to get something good out.

Depends on your appetite and what you're looking for.

I'm in the same boat as you, but you need to define your perfect job/company.

For example for me:

Role
SMB ae role ACV 5-10k USD sales cycle 1 month mix of inbound from SDR team and cold prospecting

company
Tech company selling either technical or non technical SaaS products Series a,b,c with the intention for IPO within the next 2-3 years, decent option package with a smaller team in APAC that is scaling (i'm based in apac).

From there, it becomes a lot clearer on where you should be looking for
